En Vero has recently started to offer free online counseling and psychological support sessions to victims’ relatives, who are at desperate need of being listened to, of having their suffering and victimhood validated by a non-judgmental listener. This project is in line with our broader view, that victims of wrongful incarceration and their relatives need to become empowered in order to take an active role in the defense process.
